Christmas Time Is Here!

This is my favorite part of the Christmas season and it sets the mood for the whole month. I just love getting our tree!!!!!

Momma does a half marathon!

The Gang! Bright & Early!

 We all went up the night before, stayed in a hotel and had Maggiano's for dinner! 

Wow, this was a great accomplishment!
 One to scratch off the bucket list and never do again :)

The family cheered me on along the course and greeted me with hugs and kisses at the finish line.
It was a beautiful day for a run!

Finish time was 1:59:14

(just under 2 hours,yay!)

Her and daddy made the traditional Krispy Kreme morning donut run. 

It was a gorgeous day so we went to the pool for a little bit.  

She brought her new Baby Alive (wet & wiggle) which was the #1

gift she wanted.

School Birthday and Cake Making

 Lydia's birthday fell on Saturday this year so 

she celebrated her birthday at school on Friday.  

 

I took a new approach this year. I let Lydia make her birthday cake!

(honestly, I was exhausted and didn't have the energy but she energetically took over the job 

and loved every minute of it!)

When it was done she had a 4 tier cake decked out in peppermint patties, 

gobstoppers and sprinkles. I couldn't have done a better job myself.  

Good job Lydi!

BACK TO SCHOOL

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

We have had an incredible summer! Filled with lots of fun, family and life long memories.  I have great intentions to blog about our summer fun now that the girls are back in school. Stay tuned :)

Kayla is now in 2nd GRADE! 

Lydi is in afternoon KINDERGARTEN!

AND...    Malia is just 2 and pretty darn cute :)
